January 15, 2018 was 132 years since the birth of V. s Pustovoit

January 15, 2018 marks 132 years since the birth of Pustovoit Vasily Stepanovich, the founder of our Institute, the world-famous breeder, twice Hero of Socialist Labor, winner of Lenin and state prizes, Honored scientist of the RSFSR, doctor of agricultural Sciences, full member of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR and VASHNIL. Employees of the Institute honored the memory and laid flowers at the bust.

Sunflower hybrids

All sunflower hybrids are developed using parent material adapted to local conditions. The offered sunflower hybrids are resistant to the complex of the main pathogens (broomrape, downy mildew, Phomopsis blight)

Sunflower varieties

— resistant to diseases, pests and broomrape
— provide a real opportunity for steady receiving of high-quality oil in all climatic zones of crop cultivation
— meet the requirements of modern production to the fullest extent

Soybean

Meant for cultivation in main and repeated sowings, for replanting other crops, suitable for growing in short-term (2-4 field) crop rotations and monoculture
