On March 18, the management of V.S. Pustovoit All-Russian Research Institute of Oil Crops met with Maxim Valerievich Fyodorov, Vice President for artificial intelligence and mathematical modeling, Professor of Skoltech.

During the negotiations there were reached the agreements on the joint development and integration of artificial intelligence technology into the agricultural sector, as well as the internship of Skoltech students at V.S. Pustovoit All-Russian Research Institute.

The Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) is a private educational research institute located in Skolkovo (Russia, Moscow region). Skoltech was established in 2011 as part of a multi-year partnership with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT); it trains new generations of researchers and entrepreneurs, promotes scientific knowledge, and supports technological innovation to solve the most important problems facing Russian and the world. The institute bases its work on the best traditions of Russian and international educational and research practices, with a special emphasis on entrepreneurial and innovative activities.

The Skoltech model provides for the integration of education and research, both fundamental and applied. The institute is closely related to the industrial and entrepreneurial ecosystem, which allows to develop quality research and generate an influx of innovations into the economy.
